Benefitting the American Diabetes Association and celebrating 25 years! Choose your distance and know that every mile helps make a difference. Whether short or long, each route is fully supported with rest stops, SAG vehicles and morel. We are working on making it the ride of your life. Choose 5 miles, 35 miles, 62 miles or the full 100.

Bike To Work – Fri, May 20, 2016 at 7:30 am

Join us in celebrating Bike to Work Day and help us promote bike commuting, safety and access.
We will start at various bike shops (see schedule below) around the City and ride as a group, converging at Times Union Center and then bike to Hemming Park for a brief ceremony.
Light refreshments will be provided at Hemming Park.
Although there is no registration fee, we ask that you pre-register so that we can get an idea of attendance. Non-members welcome.
Though not required, we hope you wear your NFBC jersey to visibly demonstrate your support for this event to public and press.

West route starting at Lakeshore Bicycles

  • Open Road Avondale (3544 St. Johns Ave.) start-7:15 AM
  • City Cycle (2740 Park St.) start-7:30 AM

East route starting at Champion Cycling & Open Road San Marco

  • Champion Cycling (11447 San Jose Blvd.) start-6:45 AM
  • Open Road San Marco (4460 Hendricks Ave.) start-7:30 AM

Both groups will meet at Times Union Center by 8:00 AM.

First Coast Kids Triathlon – Sat, May 21, 2016 at 7:00 am

Welcome to the 8th Annual First Coast Kids Triathlon. Building on our success over the past 7 years, we are fortunate to be able to provide a once-in-a-lifetime experience in 2016.

For 2016, we will spread the races over two mornings. The Juniors (ages 6 to 10) will race on Saturday morning, May 21, and the Seniors (ages 11 to 15) will race on Sunday morning, May 22. Both days will start promptly at 7:30am, and we will be completely done by 11:00am each day.
