Join the Savannah Century on September 4th, in one of the most celebrated cities of the U.S.!   Rides depart from The Distillery on W.Liberty and offer options of 25, 37, 62, and 102 miles.  All pre-registered riders who complete the century will receive a commemorative "100 Mile Club" pint glass!  Register today and have yours waiting when you complete the 100!

8 Hours of Labor – Sun, September 04, 2016 at 9:00 am

8 Hours of Labor at San Felasco Trials in Alachua, Florida

Directions:  Take I-75 to exit #399, go SE 2.8miles (through the town of Alachua), then turn right on Progress Blvd, go straight back about a mile to the park entrance. 

This annual event is held at one of the most spacious and varied trail systems in Florida.  The Friends of San Felasco volunteers do a wonderful job building and maintaining these beautiful and challenging trails. The event is either done solo or with a team your choice, the course layout is usually 10 miles in length per lap.

Endless Summer Watermelon Ride – Sun, September 11, 2016 at 7:00 am

The North Florida Bicycle Club brings you a classic one-day bicycle event designed for all road cyclists, the 27th Annual Endless Summer Watermelon Ride.

Enjoy a wonderful bike ride on scenic Amelia Island through historic, tree lined Fernandina Beach, along the ocean and south to the Talbot Island State Parks. Come check out the League of American Bicyclists’ 2013 Bronze Level award winner, Fernandina Beach. Take your pick of five routes: 21, 32, 58, 78 and 103 miles.

They'll provide pre-ride snacks, rest stops stocked with food, water and Gatorade, marked routes, maps, mechanical support, SAGs, motorcycle safety escorts in Fernandina Beach, and a post-ride lunch.

Six Gap/ Three Gap – Sun, September 25, 2016 at 7:00 am

Coming on September 25, 2016 and taking place in Georgia's Premier Cycling Venue, the Six Gap Century & Three Gap Fifty boasts many of the same roads and mountain climbs as the elite Tour de Georgia. Come ride the Ride of the Pros! The Six Gap Century’s ultra challenging route takes you up and down six of the steepest climbs in the North Georgia Mountains. Test your stamina with more than 11,200 feet of vertical climbing over the 104 mile course.  Elevations for the six gaps in this ride range from 1,400 feet to 3,460 feet. The toughest climb, Hogpen Gap, will test even the strongest riders, averaging a 7% grade for seven miles, with sections as steep as 15%.

The Three Gap Fifty’s alternative route offers half the gaps and half the distance, but is nevertheless a demanding and challenging course at 58 miles.  Elevations range from 1,400 feet to 3,364 feet.

The 7th Annual "Valley Route" Bike Ride is a 35-mile valley option is a great introduction to the infamous Six Gap Century and boasts some of the most scenic mountainside in the Southeast. This new route will cast a special spotlight onto Yahoola Valley, Turner's Corner, and R-Ranch in the Mountains.

100 miles. 11,200 vertical feet. 3,000 friends.

Bike MS: PGA TOUR Cycle to the Shore 2016 is a ride that will take you farther than you’ve ever gone before. What makes this ride so special? The Bike MS: PGA TOUR Cycle to the Shore route will bring you along North Florida's scenic coastline and end on the Daytona Beach Boardwalk where you'll enjoy great food, festivities and an overnight stay. They guarantee that your ride will be complete with spectacular views, fully stocked rest stops and a beachside celebration.

Three Rivers Ride – Sat, November 05, 2016 at 7:00 am

Enjoy riding from the waterfront in historic St. Marys, GA. See their landlocked Submarine at Kings Bay, the historic Tabby Ruins, Crooked River State Park and the Woodbine Waterfront Park and ancient Oak Tree. 

Family friendly activities available in the area. 

Rides Available 8 mile, 30 miles, 66 miles, 100 miles

Riders 14 years and older are welcome for the 30 mi, 66 mi, & 100 mi routes!

Family Fun Ride is open to all family members, but youth under 14 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times during the ride.

Ride Run Roll to Defeat ALS – Sat, November 05, 2016 at 7:00 am

Test your strength. Push your limits. FIGHT ALS. Grab your friends and join us for this opportunity to be a part of Team Challenge ALS as you challenge ALS at the highest level.

Cycle:  25 miles and 62 mile metric Century

Run:  5k

Ride, Run, Roll:  1 mile Family Fun Route

Endurance Challenges:  5k Run + 25 Mile Ride and 5k Run + 62 Mile Ride

Mt. Acosta Classic – Sat, April 01, 2017 at 10:32 am

Race Features

  •  Objective is to run/bike as many loops as possible of the Acosta Bridge
  •  Corporate Team Competition for teams of 3!
  •  Technical shirts for all racers
  •  Large and lively family Street Fair at start/finish
  •  Refreshments and food samples from local restaurants

Corporate Relay Team Information

Compete as a three person Corporate Team in the three hour run event! Team members will alternate laps, allowing each member to run approximately one hour.

Biking Events

All participants in the biking events must be 18 or older. If not 18 or older, and still wanting to participate in one of the events, please send an inquiry to Marie Vogler at marie.vogler@haskell.com for exceptions.

Club Competition

This year there will be an award for the club with the most participants!

Awards

Awards will be given to the top three men and women overall.

Course

Both races start and finish in front of the Haskell Building and do loops over the Acosta Bridge. Please line up according to your ability.
