Please join us for our Sunset Family Friendly Picnic Ride on Saturday, February 25th from 6 PM - 8 PM!
We will meet in Boone Park at the corner of St. Johns Ave and Van Wert Ave, near the new playground.
This is a great family-friendly event!
It will be a casual cruise through Avondale to our final destination: a picnic at Stinson Park by the Ortega Bridge, where we'll relax with friends and watch the sun set over the water.
What To Bring:
-Your bike, of course! All kinds are welcome, but beach cruisers or comfort/recreational bikes will be the most appropriate.
-Make sure you have front and rear lights, and please wear a helmet.
-Picnic blanket, food, beverages, and some kind of light source since we will be out past sunset (e.g., battery-operated lantern or bike lights).
Compete as a three person Corporate Team in the three hour run event! Team members will alternate laps, allowing each member to run approximately one hour.
All participants in the biking events must be 18 or older. If not 18 or older, and still wanting to participate in one of the events, please send an inquiry to Marie Vogler at firstname.lastname@example.org for exceptions.
This year there will be an award for the club with the most participants!
Awards will be given to the top three men and women overall.
Both races start and finish in front of the Haskell Building and do loops over the Acosta Bridge. Please line up according to your ability.
